Watching the flame liquify glass is hypnotic, and the dance between my hands and the glass is like meditation as I form the beads.  The possibilities between colors, shapes and textures are endless while offering an infinity of design options for jewelry.  From a complete neckpiece to a single bead strung on a cord, each piece I make is as unique as the person who chooses to wear it.

Classes I’ve taken from such well-known lampwork artists such as JC Herrell and Stephanie Sersich have provided additional techniques to expand my skill.  Since there are always glass beads that don’t turn out quite as expected, I donate them to Beads of Courage in Tucson, an organization that sends them to hospitals to share with children undergoing cancer treatments.
